If you wish to rent a Townhome or Villa please follow these instructions:
- Call us at 703-431-4513
- We will chat and can then send over a lease application and credit report form.
- Once we get the forms back from you, we will schedule an interview.
- If all goes well, we will email a standard lease agreement.
- Once the lease is signed, we will collect the security deposit and first month’s rent.
- Finally, we will schedule a date for you to get your keys and move into your new Townhome or Villa in Jensen Beach.
